Medicine in the 1990s went a big technology improvement. When the surgeons were failing 25% they then had a failing rate of 12%. They got more advanced tools to get things out easier they could find something in someones body easier and they got X rays. The invention of the X ray was the best of them all because they could find where the thing was that was hurting them without cutting the patients open. They then invented the cat scan. They call it a cat scan because it was usually called the CT scan but people thought that it was easier to remember if it was called a cat scan. They also invented Adderall. It helps people stay focused but also if you take an overdose of it you can die really fast and if a pet eats it they will die within a few minutes
